I am a regular contributor of articles to my Association's website and  professional magazine 'The Hypnotherapist'

and run a column in my local newsletter called 'Look After Your Mind'.

 

I first qualified as a hypnotherapist in 1991 and have been in practice since then, having worked with thousands of clients on a wide variety of problems.

The most common are giving up smoking, weight issues, phobias and anxieties.

However hypnotherapy can be effective with a much wider range of issues than this

and can even help with matters that might not be considered problems at all -

I have worked with people who simply would like greater focus in their lives, want to be more decisive,

would like to be more creative or generally wish to 'fulfil their potential'.

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that allows us greater access to the incredible resource of our subconscious minds.

The subconscious is responsible for the automatic functions of the body, takes responsibility for learned behaviours

and assimilates our vast wealth of experiences so that we can not only survive but flourish in our lives.

The subconscious aspect of ourselves supports and guides our conscious existence.

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy can help us to work with the subconscious to achieve our aims..

If you are considering hypnotherapy with me I offer a free initial consultation

and then if you want to go ahead I ask you to make a commitment of two sessions. I charge £35 for each session.

After the second session we will have a much clearer idea of how effective the hypnotherapy is likely to be -

sometimes a problem may even have been resolved by then.
